So as corporate Australia stumbled, and private donors watched their fortunes ebb and flow, arts companies were forced to adjust expectations... Major companies are working together, and with emerging or traditionally fringe troupes, while the once rigid interpretations of disciplines have been junked as dance, music and cabaret are included in regular theatrical seasons.”
